《创造营2021》是一档国际青年文化交流节目，在这个节目中不仅仅有中国人，也有很多的外国友人。该节目的口号是世界那么大，我们一起闯，节目的初衷是希望来自不同国家的学员，可以在这个节目中有文化的碰撞和精神的交流。节目首次将目光放在国际男团的不断成长上面。团长发起人是邓超，邓超是演艺圈的前辈，在自己的领域有着卓越的成就,让他担任团长是更好的，发挥团员们的优势来激励团员不断成长。其他发起人，团成员有周震南，刘逸云，周深他们在唱跳创作，声乐上拥有绝对的实力。

这档节目是在90多位学员中选择成员进行组团，其中有20多位是来自外国的学员，他们来自日本，泰国，俄罗斯等国家。该节目最终呈现的是学员们如何相互配合，相互帮助，来追寻自己的梦想。
